By using Habit Challenge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (challenge names, check-in notes, photos). By posting content, you grant us a license to display it to other users through the app's social features.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer

Habit Challenge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit Challenge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
